Thomas Hübner is a chef associated with Alte Überfahrt in Werder (Havel), where the restaurant says he took over the kitchen in 2016 after training under Kolja Kleeberg at Vau, and after stints at Margaux, Facil, and years cooking in Italy. He is also identified as the chef at Burg Nideggen – Brockel Schlimbach in Nideggen, a venue that lists him as Executive Chef and notes Michelin recognition for his cooking. A further 2026 listing connects him to 1804 Hirschau in Munich, but that source is third-party and should be treated as less certain than the official venue evidence.
