Thomas Moi is the chef behind Moi, a restaurant in Rome on Via Antonio Serra 15. He is the chef and the restaurant’s cuisine as seasonal and contemporary. He is the chef-patron who directs the kitchen. Moi opened in September 2018 in partnership with Michela Ulpiani.
