i. Biography
Tibor Valinčić is a Croatian chef and the head chef of Dubravkin put in Zagreb, where he has worked since February 2022. He began his culinary career at age 16 at Boškinac in Pag, later completed additional stages across Europe, and studied restaurant management at Intecci in Italy.
