Dr. Tina Ingwersen-Matthiesen is the founder of BODEGAS CA N’TINA, a young winery in northern Mallorca established in 2024. Tina is a sommelière and entrepreneur from Hamburg. The winery says the name means “House of Tina” and that she brings long experience from the Hamburg family business BORCO-Marken-Import, where she served for many years as a managing partner and board member.
