i. Biography
Tito Pin-Pérez is a New York–born bartender and creative director associated with Rayo Cocktail Bar in Mexico City. He is a former member of Dante, where he worked on the team when the bar was named best in the world, and later as cofounder/creative lead at Rayo, which launched in 2022 and became a North America’s 50 Best Bars standout before his departure in 2024.
