Tobias Weyers is the chef at Hannappel in Essen, Germany. He is the head chef leading the kitchen team. In January 2025, he and René Silva Sampaio took over the restaurant’s operations from patron Knut Hannappel, continuing the venue’s fine-dining profile in Essen-Horst.
