Gault & Millau named Tom Ieven Sommelier of the Year in 2021. He served as Head Sommelier at Hof van Cleve in Kruisem from 2019 to 2023, and he is a Weinakademiker.

Training at Antwerp gave Tom Ieven the baseline for a career built on exacting service and close attention to taste.
