Tom Köffers is the German-born head chef and owner of Surf & Turf by Soul Kitchen in Phuket Town, Thailand, a restaurant known for European contemporary food with Southern Thai influences. He is leading the kitchen at the restaurant and note that the venue has. He also launched Table Creatives, a private dining and catering venture, with his partner.
