Tom Watts-Jones

Tom Watts-Jones is the chef-owner of Hare & Hounds in Aberthin, near Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan, where he returned after training in London restaurants to run a Bib Gourmand-awarded pub focused on seasonal Welsh produce. He has grown up in Aberthin and having trained as a chef in London, including at the Anchor & Hope and St. John, before returning home to promote Welsh food.
