Tomás Treschanski is an Argentine chef and the founder of Trescha in Buenos Aires’ Villa Crespo neighborhood. Trescha opened in March 2023, and the restaurant later earned a Michelin star; Treschanski also received Michelin’s Young Chef Award, which coverage described as making him the youngest chef in the Americas to receive that distinction.
