Tommy Myllymäki is a Swedish chef of Finnish heritage who opened AIRA in Stockholm’s Djurgården in March 2020. He is also known for winning Sweden’s Chef of the Year in 2007 and for his Bocuse d’Or success, including silver in 2011, European gold in 2014, and bronze in 2015.
