Year after year, Carb has kept the line of the estate clear: measured, site-led, and tied to the character of the place. Before Celler La Salada, Mas Candí was built by Toni Carb with his best friend and business partner Ramón Jané. It is part of the foundation that carried into the later work in El Pla del Penedès.
