Tony Conigliaro is a London bartender and drinks researcher behind 69 Colebrooke Row, Drink Factory and Bar Termini. He created Bar Termini with coffee specialist Marco Arrigo, combining Conigliaro's compact cocktail program with Arrigo's espresso expertise; the Soho bar opened in late 2014.
