Tou Kikuchi is the master brewer (toji) and representative of Kikuchi Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. in Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture, where the brewery produces brands including Sanzen, Kimura-style Miracle Sake, and Kurashiki Komachi. A 2014 feature additionally described him as the company president and noted his strong interest in Mozart and classical music.
