Troy Gilchrist is a Toronto hospitality leader and beverage director associated with No Vacancy on Ossington Avenue in Toronto. He is the bar manager, assistant general manager, general manager, and beverage director, and credits him with developing the venue’s Japanese-inspired cocktail program and opening beverage direction.
