i. Biography
Brian Kang is a Toronto-based chef currently serving as the Head Chef at No Vacancy, where he directs an inventive Korean-Italian culinary program. Prior to taking the helm at No Vacancy, he served as Chef de Cuisine at the Tuscan trattoria Florin. His foundational culinary technique includes fine-dining experience cooking at Michelin-starred Toronto establishments DaNico and Don Alfonso 1890.
