Uwe Opocensky

Uwe Opocensky is the Executive Chef of Restaurant Petrus at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong, where he was appointed in September 2019 and has focused on evolving the restaurant’s classic French identity with a seasonal, ingredient-led approach.
