Valentina De Santis is the owner and CEO of Grand Hotel Tremezzo in Lake Como and Passalacqua, the family’s Lake Como hotel opened in 2022. She joined the family business in 2010 during the Grand Hotel Tremezzo centenary, starting in marketing and later moving into sales and general management before becoming CEO. Public profiles also describe her as the third-generation steward of the family’s Lake Como hospitality business and as leading the development of Passalacqua.
