Valérie Lavigne is a Bordeaux-based oenologist and professor of viticulture and oenology at the Institute of Vine and Wine Sciences (ISVV), with expertise in aroma science, vinification, and wine aging. She also teaches diploma-level courses at the University of Bordeaux and consults for numerous estates internationally.
