i. Biography
Víctor Hierrezuelo is the chef recently in charge of El Chiringuito in Sedella, Málaga, a family restaurant in the Axarquía region. He returned to his hometown after training in kitchens including Arzak, Bardal, and Damajuana, where he developed a cuisine rooted in local Andalusian product and family recipes. In 2026, he was recognized by the Academia Gastronómica de Málaga with the Premio Paul Schiff al Mejor Cocinero.
