Vítor Sobral

Vítor Sobral is the chef behind Tasca da Esquina in Lisbon. He is the “Chef Vitor Sobral” and that his work led to his own spaces in the Esquina group, including Tasca da Esquina, Peixaria da Esquina, Balcão da Esquina, Padaria da Esquina, and Talho da Esquina in Lisbon. The venue also states that he received the rank of Commander of the Order of Prince Henry in March 2006.
