Walid Merhi is a Beirut-based beverage director associated with Baky Hospitality in Cairo, where Kazoku credits him with curating its cocktails and drinks program. He is the beverage director of Baky Hospitality Group and co-owner/manager of Ferdinand Gastrobar in Lebanon.
