Weihong Zhang is a coffee roaster, brewer and educator who founded BlendIn Coffee Club in Sugar Land, Texas, after leaving a career in biochemistry. He develops the company's roast profiles, won the 2024 US Brewers Cup and represented the United States at the World Brewers Cup.
