Wilfrid Hocquet is a chef and chef-owner of Margo in Bangkok, where the restaurant’s official site describes him as the creative force behind the menu and notes that he brought experience from Monaco, New York, and Bangkok. He was previously Executive Chef at Blue by Alain Ducasse in Bangkok, where the restaurant’s official site identifies him as the chef leading its cuisine and later as its Executive Chef. Michelin coverage says he worked for Alain Ducasse for 14 years and had been at Blue by Alain Ducasse for the previous six years before opening Margo.
