i. Biography
Will Goldfarb is a Bali-based American pastry chef and the founder/chef behind Room4Dessert in Ubud, where he operates a multi-course dessert-focused tasting experience. He remains active at the restaurant in Ubud and notes that he previously worked in New York at Papillon, Morimoto, and Cru before establishing the original Room4Dessert in SoHo. He is one of the pastry chefs featured in Netflix’s Chef’s Table: Pastry.
