Wu Wen is the head chef of Blue Dragon, the Shanghai-specialized restaurant on the 38th floor of Grand Hyatt Jeju / Jeju Dream Tower in Jeju, South Korea. Multiple reports say he was hired to launch the restaurant in May 2025 and brought 17 years of experience from five-star hotels and upscale restaurants in China, with coverage also describing him as originally from Nanjing.
