Xisco Simón is Chef de Cuisine at Navio, the restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay in Half Moon Bay, California. He is a culinary leader with a contemporary Mediterranean-inspired approach, and Forbes reported that he joined Navio in 2020 after working in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe.
