Yayo Daporta is a Spanish chef from Cambados, Galicia, who runs the restaurant Yayo Daporta in his hometown, where the kitchen focuses on updated Galician cuisine with attention to regional products and ingredients from the Ría de Arousa. The restaurant opened in 2005 in a historic building on Rúa Hospital in Cambados, and it holds a Michelin star and two Repsol Suns.
