Yoann Noël is the chef at Hôtel de la Plage in Sainte-Anne-la-Palud, Brittany, where the house describes his cooking as rooted in Breton terroir and shaped by land-and-sea ingredients.. Yoann joined the family house after training and kitchen experience in Nantes and elsewhere, and he has been in charge of the restaurant’s kitchens since the family took full control in 2022.
