Yoshitomo Ishii is the owner-chef of Torisho Ishii (鳥匠いしい/鳥匠いし井), a yakitori restaurant in Osaka’s Kita Ward that opened in February 2016 and is described by the Michelin Guide as applying artisanal technique to chicken-focused set menus. Independent restaurant listings and review pages also identify him as the chef behind Torisho Ishii in Osaka, with the restaurant noted for its highly sought-after reservations and 10-seat counter format.
