Yosuke Suga is a Tokyo-based chef and the representative of SUGALABO Inc., which he founded in 2015 in Kamiya-cho, Tokyo. The official SUGALABO profile says he was born in Nagoya in 1976 and built his career in France and Japan, with professional experience in Paris, Las Vegas, New York, and Taiwan. Michelin’s profile notes that he left the Robuchon group in 2014 and opened Sugalabo in 2015, a 20-seat restaurant in Tokyo.
