Yugnes Susela is a Singaporean mixologist and entrepreneur who is the co-founder and head bartender of The Elephant Room, an culture-forward cocktail bar in Singapore established in 2019. He previously honed his modernist beverage craft at Tippling Club and served as head bartender at Smoke & Mirrors atop the National Gallery Singapore. At The Elephant Room, Susela showcases Indian heritage and flavors by sourcing ingredients from Tekka Market and utilizing an exclusively Indian spirits program.
