Zane Holmquist is the Vice President of Food & Beverage Operations and Corporate Chef at Stein Eriksen Lodge Deer Valley, where he also serves as executive chef and oversees food and beverage operations across Stein Eriksen Lodge, The Chateaux Deer Valley, and Stein Eriksen Residences. Utah-born, he joined Stein Eriksen Lodge’s food and beverage team in 2000 and was promoted to executive chef in 2001, later advancing to corporate chef in 2016. In 2026 reporting, he said he would retire after a 48-year culinary career and 26 years at Stein Eriksen Lodge.
