Coffee Collective Godthåbsvej works directly with farmers around quality, transparency, and sustainability, then connects that sourcing to a working roastery on site. Set in a former machine factory, the Frederiksberg space brings the roastery, office, training space, and café under one roof; from the café, visitors can see into the roastery as roasting runs through the day.
