The official Midlands Distillery site identifies a physical micro-distillery at 1 Quarry Road in Hilton and describes its recipe development, contract distillation, packaging, warehousing, and export services. Its client material includes Bayab, while Bayab identifies its gin as copper-pot distilled in KwaZulu-Natal. The physical manufacturer is therefore the canonical Place; Bayab remains an associated brand alias, not a second Producer identity.
