i. Biography
Adam Hines is the co-founder and master distiller of High Bank Distillery Co. a Columbus, Ohio-area distillery and restaurant group founded in 2017. He is a lifelong spirits enthusiast whose whiskeys have earned him recognition as one of Ohio’s most decorated master distillers. Ohio Magazine and other coverage place him in the Grandview/Columbus market, where he helped open the original High Bank Distillery in 2018 and later supported the company’s expansion to Gahanna and Westerville.
