Adrián Quetglas is a Buenos Aires-born chef of Mallorcan family background who is based in Palma de Mallorca, where he leads the Michelin-starred Adrián Quetglas restaurant on Passeig de Mallorca 20. The restaurant opened in 2015 and received a Michelin star, while his profile also notes work in Paris, London, and Moscow and recognition in Russia as chef of the year. He is the chef and co-owner of the restaurant.
