i. Biography
Aiden Tibbetts is the executive chef at Wildflower in Denver’s LoHi neighborhood, where he leads a seasonal, plant-forward menu at the Life House hotel restaurant. He helped open Wildflower in 2020 and rose from line cook to executive chef by age 23, later earning the 2025 Michelin Young Chef Award from the Colorado Michelin Guide.
