Since 2012, co-ownership of Château Godeau has been part of the structure behind Albéric Florisoone’s work, alongside his role as dirigeant of VIGNOBLES FLORISOONE. Those titles matter less here than the method they support: reading the vineyard parcel by parcel and keeping the focus on what each plot is able to give. In that approach, the estate is shaped by variation, not erased by it.

Today

The stated aim is deep, racy wines that push beyond appellation limits while bringing out the specific characteristics of each parcel of the vines. That puts the emphasis where it belongs in this work: on origin, on precision, and on the differences that remain visible from one plot to the next. Depth is part of the brief, but so is clarity — a wine that holds to its source rather than smoothing it over.

Signature

Albéric's signature wines include Château Godeau 2016, Château Godeau Ducarpe 2011, and Château Godeau 2017. Read together, they point to a house style organized around parcel expression and the translation of place into wine. Each bottle sits inside the same framework: soil, vine, and a measured response to what the site gives.

Château Godeau 2016 makes that intent legible in the glass.
