i. Biography
Aleksandre Nadirashvili is the Hotel Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans, where he has been with Four Seasons since 2021 and first worked as sous chef at Miss River. Four Seasons says his culinary career began in 2008 with formal training at the Georgian Greek Tourism School, and after moving to New Orleans in 2018 he worked as sous chef at Hyatt Regency before joining Four Seasons.
