Emily Rosenberg

Emily Rosenberg is the Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans, where she joined the property in 2021 in preparation for its opening. A native of Los Angeles, she is an 18-year Four Seasons veteran with 25 years of fine dining experience, and she previously worked at Four Seasons Hotel Houston, Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, and Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. Before Four Seasons, she began her career at Spago Beverly Hills and later worked in California wine country restaurants including The French Laundry, Napa Valley Grille, and Pinot Blanc.
