Dario Montelvere

Dario Montelvere is the Hotel Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans, where he leads the culinary program at the Canal Street property in New Orleans. A Four Seasons veteran of more than 20 years, he began his career at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney as a steward and rose to Banquet Chef before moving through roles in Toronto, Lanai, Costa Rica’s Peninsula Papagayo, and Miami. He is bringing a global perspective and deep experience in banquet operations, Italian cuisine, and regional dining to New Orleans.
