Abril Callender

Abril Callender is the Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Austin, where Four Seasons says she brings over a decade of culinary experience, a focus on sustainability, and a style rooted in Latin-inspired flavors and inventive vegan dishes. Four Seasons also says she was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, started at the hotel as a culinary intern under Executive Chef Elmar Prambs, and was promoted to Executive Sous Chef before being named Executive Chef in August 2025.
