Jacob Taggs

Jacob Taggs is the executive chef at Annette, the James Beard Award-winning wood-fired American restaurant and cocktail bar inside Stanley Marketplace in Aurora, Colorado. Annette’s team bio says he first applied there for a bar manager job at 19, after culinary school at Johnson & Wales University in Denver, and later worked his way through roles including brunch cook, host, back-wait, line cook, and sous chef before overseeing the kitchen as Caroline Glover’s right-hand man. He also leads Annette’s annual New Year’s Eve Scandinavian Brunch.
