Nelson Harvey is the co-owner and director of operations at Annette and Traveling Mercies in Stanley Marketplace in Aurora, Colorado. Nelson handles employee and vendor management, strategic planning, systems design and implementation, financial tracking, hiring, tax compliance, and marketing. Nelson also works the floor at both restaurants. Before entering hospitality, he worked as a journalist, editor, and private investigator.
