Alessio Fioriniello is the chef and current operator of La Cucina Italiana in Gothenburg, where the restaurant says it is now run by him together with Vincenzo Sforza. He is the chef continuing his father’s legacy at the small Italian restaurant in Gothenburg, cooking authentic Italian dishes with southern overtones and family roots in Naples.
