    Alisa Vannah is the Executive Chef at Nancy Silverton's Italian restaurant chi SPACCA in Los Angeles. She began her career at Osteria Mozza and chi SPACCA before spending over seven years rising to Executive Sous Chef at République under Walter Manzke. After opening Mr. T in Hollywood as Executive Chef in 2022 and earning a 2024 StarChefs Rising Stars Award, she returned to lead chi SPACCA.
