Alonso Palomino is a Peruvian bartender and co-owner/bar director of Lady Bee, the Lima cocktail bar he opened in 2021 with Gabriela León and Alejandra León. Lady Bee began in Miraflores and later relocated to Barranco, where Palomino leads the beverage programme and the venue has been recognized by The World's 50 Best Bars for its hospitality and sustainability-focused approach. Publicly available sources identify him primarily through Lady Bee; no credible evidence in the gathered sources supports a different anchored identity.
