Gabriela León is the chef and co-founder of Lady Bee in Lima, a hospitality project opened in 2021 with Alonso Palomino and her sister Alejandra León. Gabriela León leads the food program and culinary offering at Lady Bee, where the concept pairs Peruvian small plates with cocktails and highlights local biodiversity and producers.
