Training across McGill University, Harvard Business School, MIT, and Cornell University gave Amy Wallace Cowan a business framework that later carried into ownership. The roles that followed moved through strategic marketing, Corporate Development, consulting, co-founding, and facilitation, with work at NBCi Inc. (2000–2001), Bell Video Group (2004–2006), RedStar Entertainment (2006–2009), Cowan Roberts LLP, and management consulting & corporate facilitation (2013–2021) before MavenChain (2022–2023). Today, that portfolio sits alongside hospitality and retail ownership in Oak Cliff and beyond. The same operator behind Oddfellows is also listed as Associate Broker at Gibson Sotheby's International Realty (since 2018), director of Business Development at Chillwall AI (since 2023), and owner of AJ Vagabonds and Revelers Hall.
